Panos Malakoudis, ACC, EIA
Head of Microsoft’s Coaching Center of Excellence & ICF Board Member
At Microsoft, Panos leads the global Coaching Center of Excellence, scaling coaching to over 70,000 employees through a Guinness World Record-setting program now shortlisted for the ICF Coaching in Organisations Award. A certified ICF and EMCC coach, he runs his own executive coaching practice and serves on the ICF UK Board and the AI Coaching Coalition’s Advisory Group. Currently completing an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change at Henley Business School, Panos brings deep expertise in leadership development, behavioural science, and system-wide coaching strategy.
Dr. Catherine Breslin
Dr. Catherine Breslin is a leading AI consultant, researcher, and speaker with over two decades of experience specializing in speech and language technology, machine learning, conversational AI, and AI strategy. She holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge and has a distinguished background in both academic research and industry leadership, including pivotal roles at Amazon Alexa, where she advanced conversational AI and voice recognition technologies.
