Mehryar is a seasoned business leader with over a decade of experience driving strategy, growth, and talent development at Fortune Global 500 companies, including HP, Sony, and Microsoft. He is based in London and currently serves as the Head of E-Commerce for Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) and the Middle East & Africa (MEA) at Microsoft, where he leads the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channel strategy across Devices, Subscriptions, and Digital Content.

In addition to his leadership role, Mehryar is a Certified Coach - accredited by the University of Cambridge and the Association for Coaching (AC). He is also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Coaching at the University of Cambridge. As an Internal Coach at Microsoft, Mehryar supports the career, leadership, and professional development of employees across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) through flagship programmes such as Consumer Sales Organisation (CSO) Next and the Microsoft Customer & Partner Solutions (MCAPS) Coaching Centre of Excellence.
