Mehryar is a seasoned business leader with over a decade of experience driving strategy, growth, and talent development at Fortune Global 500 companies, including HP, Sony, and Microsoft. He is based in London and currently serves as the Head of E-Commerce for Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) and the Middle East & Africa (MEA) at Microsoft, where he leads the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channel strategy across Devices, Subscriptions, and Digital Content.

Soon is a highly accomplished executive coach and global board member based in Singapore, dedicated to advancing leadership and innovation. With extensive leadership experience as a Regional Vice President at AXA and CEO of Seri Venture Capital, Darussalam Enterprise, and the Brunei Economic Development Board, he notably led the IPO of an Asian Unicorn. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Coaching at the University of Cambridge, where his research focuses on integrating AI into coaching to shape the future of leadership development.
